Aeroprise is the first and only mobile BMC Remedy solution to deploy in days without any programming required. Our Professional Services team will conduct the installation and configuration on site, working closely with key stakeholders, administrators and end users to ensure a successful deployment.

The Aeroprise deployment is designed to ensure that customers not only receive a fully functional solution, but also receives the necessary training and knowledge transfer to take ownership of their mobile systems. The implementation, therefore, is determined a success only if:
- The implementation described in the Statement of Work (SOW) is accomplished with full participation of all required customer personnel
- The product functionality described in the SOW can be demonstrated by a representative end user
- The Aeroprise administrator can create user accounts, customize applications and deploy Smart Clients on mobile devices
